I Believe...

People do the best they can.

The Universe is Infinite.

Light & Energy are vital to everything within us, and between us.

Love is an overused word.

Life is meant to be explored.

Honoring our feelings is everything.

The 5 senses are the key.

The 6th sense is most awesome.

The most empty feeling is not having anyone to turn to.

Once or twice in our lives, sex without intimacy is completely necessary.

A good mother is the most valuable person in our society.

Listening is the key.

We give to make ourselves feel good, and that is absolutely ok!

Strength is subjective.

42 probably is the answer.

Curiosity is a most admirable and important trait.

Feeling someone nurturing us in any way is the best feeling.

Our uniquenesses are the only thing we all have in common.

Dolphins are smarter than humans.

Trusting is easy, being trustworthy is rare.

Self-reliance must be the foundation.

Karma is real—and I don’t need an afterlife to prove it.

The wisdom, smiles, and sadness in your eyes as you age are sexier than plastic surgery.

True intimacy comes from opening to ourselves, opening to each other, and fully trusting each other with that absolutely terrifying information.

Making love is the most mystical and sacred experience—when it is with someone we know and trust (going on faith here).

People try to use sex to become intimate or create connection, and it works the opposite direction.

Women’s beauty is rooted in their souls, and emanates incomprehensibly through their eyes.

Her body, in its wild and free form, would be the most breathtaking thing on earth.

Living for anyone or anything outside of ourselves is not the point—honoring our own wild, uncertain, & odd selves, is.

Society’s rules are outdated, destructive, and cause a lack of personal accountability.

Teachers’ true calling is to empower children in their unique strengths, thus teaching them to love learning.

Words are complex and fascinating and gorgeous, and the joy of finding the most alluring combination is ecstasy.

Some things cannot be seen, heard, or described—and these are the things that we can feel in our souls.

People who have a certain ineffable connection can communicate with each other without words, proximity, or anything tangible

Finding someone to do the previous idea with in real life is maybe impossible.

Parents who “sacrifice” for their children or live a lie to protect them do not do their children any favors—parents who model how to take ownership, how to live with honesty, compassion, self-love, and integrity—even when that requires change or discomfort— who show their children the inner reward of authenticity by being fulfilled themselves, are doing them the ultimate favor.

Loving ourselves is not going to happen because we no longer understand what love is…appreciating ourselves—good bad and ugly—with a gentle heart is more likely the goal.

I have no knowledge that will help me learn to express my deepest love…it will be expressed as an emanation that knows no bounds and that I cannot repress, even when I try.

Change is actually good.
