The year now is 2008, but just months ago, at one of our top-secret undercover research laboratories, we received a transmission from the future—from the year 2372. We held it classified until we had translated this message. Now we are de-classifying the information to share with the general public.

An alien landed on Earth in 2372—apparently returning here after having spent years on Earth during our time. Her past self could possibly exist in our current dimension. However we have no evidence of that yet. Many things happened while she travelled the planet in 2372, apparently for the second time, but the most important was sent to us, and has been approved for public viewing.

2372: Official Document Transmission:

A being, seemingly a human child, but in reality from another star system, has been found to be living on Earth. We discovered her while trying to learn what caused the inhabitants of a small portion of our planet to become peaceful in a world of war and strife. She appeared to be just like any other human, so several years passed before we realized her origins. However, through DNA testing and other scientific study, as well as her clear memories of her home planet, we have confirmed she is in fact an alien. Further monitoring of her house shows frequent visits from her "star family." We believe them to be from a small celestial field in the constellation Orion.

After she left, we had one small electronic-type article which apparently was her transmission device. We have managed to extract a later entry from her log to learn how she thinks and why those in her proximity have been so different since she has been here. She could be in existence in your dimension. Be advised and on the lookout to support her efforts. You are required to implement her procedure immediately.

Dear Stars,

I write to you because I feel like you are the only ones who will ever understand me. I remember when we were all a part of the same sun, the same glowing field of energy—all of us rays of one bright light. Here on this planet there are still so many people who do not remember. They have separated themselves and forgotten how to emit that energy of Light. They act as if living here is a chore, not a gift.

For example,I do not understand how humans' work and school are different from their happy times. So many people go to "work" or "school" every day and complain about it constantly. They do not like their job. They dislike math class. School is too hard. They do not get enough money for their work. Their teacher is mean. What they do not realize is just one smile, just one moment of being kind to another can illuminate that person. Just one kindness can change their energy for at least a day. And, when someone is in this space, they stop being mean. So the nicer we are, the more we emit this positive radiation, and the more those around us are nice too. Then we get to be together again, like the brightest constellation in the night sky.

I have met a few humans who find happiness inside themselves—kind of like I find when I remember that I am a starchild. These humans are wonderful to be around. They literally sparkle and light up the room with their smiles. Since I've arrived, smiling and sending out higher thoughts to the townspeople here, we have certainly gotten to be a happier place. Now even the city cleaner loves his job! The mean people either started being nice or moved away. I love what we have created so simply here in our town. Surely this is simple enough for humans to understand? But I know I cannot do it alone. I cannot live in every town on the whole planet. I can only hope that my fellow earthlings pass on the energy, Light, and the kindnesses, so Earth can finally become the beautiful paradise it is meant to be.

This is the end of the transmission. We believe that if this non-human's methods are employed on Earth earlier than our time, our planet may not end up in such a terrorized state.

It seems inane and simple to a government so wrought with complexities, as I know you are, however it is an imperative initiative. It will change everything, which must happen if we are to survive. Our people all over this amazing planet need you. Listen to the stars and let them teach you how to emit your innate positive radiation. Our future is in your hands. Every kindness you do, every smile you offer, every happiness you share, will make the difference.
