(I am getting the impression I was a little angry that year? hahahaaaa)

What are you scared of?
You bark so big
And I don’t bite
Or maybe I do
But it might be something you’d like.
It won’t hurt I swear
And I know the worst
of it all is you want more
and more and then
you’re just nothing you ever dreamed
just a 40-something lesbian
But maybe it will just be
And you never cared before
what they thought and see
is it really that bad to try
with me
not even for keeps?
And the distance is fine
It will rest our designs
And if you’re barking up the wrong tree
You’ll see
It clearly from out there.
It could be about who you are with
Not what you are to “them”
or what I could be I’m just me
Not a 30-something anything.
And my bark is getting louder
And my paws are wearing bare
And I’m tired of still dreaming
of your hands all through my hair
And you’re following me home
Bt you’re not scratching at the door
And I’m wrestling with desire
My glass pressed nose, wet sore
Either try me out and buy me
or admit you’re scared for more.
